Located in West Knoxville, Tennessee, our single-level community offers a peaceful, natural setting where deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors, with convenient interstate access just moments away.

Residents enjoy spacious, private apartment homes, chef-prepared meals, and the convenience of housekeeping, laundry services, and an on-site beauty salon. Our experienced nursing team oversees individualized care plans, supported by an on-site nurse practitioner and a personal emergency call system for added peace of mind. Pinnacle Assisted Living is single level, which removes elevators and stairs from everyday life, and many of its Team Members have been here since the community opened in 2018, familiar faces rather than a rotating schedule. An on-site nurse practitioner and a nursing team oversee individualized care plans, and outside healthcare professionals are welcomed in so residents can receive therapies at home.
